RIBADENEYRA Procurement Suite

About us

We build the tools we wanted as buyers.

Ribadeneyra Procurement Consulting is a procurement facilitation practice. We work on the buy side — for the people who have to get a supplier under contract, keep the register straight, and answer for the spend at the end of the year.

The problem we started from

Indirect procurement runs on a patchwork. A quoting spreadsheet nobody else can open. A contract register that lives in one person's inbox. A renewal that lapses because the notice period was ninety days and the reminder was thirty. A copper clause in a cable framework that nobody has priced since the day it was signed.

None of this is a technology problem in the interesting sense. The tools exist; they are sold as seven-figure suites with eighteen-month rollouts, priced for a category team of forty. A buyer running indirect spend across a handful of plants is not that customer, and gets the spreadsheet instead.

What we built

Five modules, one subscription, no per-module upsell: offers and invoicing, a contract lifecycle cockpit, multiplant contract management, MoiPDF for documents and signature, and copper hedging analytics. Each is the tool we wanted on a specific bad afternoon, built properly and then built to work alongside the other four.

Local-first, and we mean it

Every module keeps its state in your browser, on your machine. Contract values, supplier terms and pricing are never transmitted, because there is no server in the request path to transmit them to. The suite ships as static files; you can host it inside your own network behind your own authentication if you prefer.

The corollary is the honest part: clearing your browser's site data destroys the register, and we hold no copy to restore from. Every module has a backup export. Use it.

Who we are

Two founders, both career buyers, on opposite ends of the same problem: one on the direct, capital-intensive side, one on the indirect side. Every module in the suite started as something one of us needed and could not buy.

Ph.D. Chemical Engineering · Global MBA + M.Sc. Financial Markets

  • Founder, Chairman of the Board, Ribadeneyra Procurement Consulting
  • Head of Risk and Regulatory Engineering, Certexi
  • Director Procurement & Artificial Intelligence — Datacenter & Infrastructures, SPIE CityNetworks & Grids
  • Formerly Head of Procurement & Contract Management, mission-critical infrastructure, Tesla Gigafactory Berlin
  • Earlier: facility operations and the first procurement hires at Gigafactory Berlin; European Category Buyer at BASF; postdoctoral fellow at the German Aerospace Center (DLR)

Moises builds mission-critical supply networks from Day One and then governs them at scale — most recently a €103M non-production inventory and a 520-supplier ecosystem spanning cleanroom, datacenter, HVAC, transformers, industrial gases and heavy construction. The unusual part is the pairing: deep engineering literacy from the doctorate, quantitative financial discipline from the MBA. He can stress-test a component lifecycle and model its risk-adjusted TCO in the same conversation.

That is where the suite's quantitative half comes from — the copper hedging module, the Monte-Carlo machinery behind it, and the contract structures the register is built to hold.

Sara Gómez Becerro

Indirect procurement, strategic sourcing and category management

  • Founder and CEO, Ribadeneyra Procurement Consulting
  • Raw Material Manager — Senior Procurement, Prysmian Kabel und Systeme, Berlin
  • Formerly Country Procurement Manager, Indirect Spend (Spain & Portugal), Master Builders Solutions, Barcelona
  • Earlier: Buyer, Business Services at BASF Services Europe; sales logistics at Kostal Eléctrica

Sara runs indirect procurement the way the suite assumes it will be run: across borders, across plants, with a spend nobody has time to reconcile by hand. At Prysmian she holds ~€20M of raw-material spend — copper, aluminium, compounds — across five plants in Germany and Hungary, making the regional allocation calls that keep supply above 98% continuity through a volatile commodity market, and taking ~4% a year out through renegotiation and demand bundling.

Before that she carried every indirect project above €75,000 across five Iberian sites on an €8M budget, led a team of four buyers, and was procurement lead for the SAP S/4HANA carve-out from BASF, with Spain as pilot country for processes and data structures. The register, the renewal calendar and the multiplant analytics are hers.

How we work with clients

Two ways. You subscribe to the suite and run it yourself, or you bring us in on a specific engagement — a category review, a contract register migration, a hedging policy — and the suite is what we use to do it.

If you want to talk about either, write to info@ribadeneyra.com.
