Indirect procurement, end to end
Quote, contract, sign, and hedge — five specialist tools that share one register, one client list, and one audit trail. Everything runs in the browser, so your commercial data never leaves the device unless you export it yourself.
39.99 € per user / month · all five modules · no per-module upsell
The suite
Each module is a full application in its own right. Together they cover the commercial lifecycle from first quotation to contract expiry and the commodity exposure underneath it.
Offers ERP
Build B2B quotations from a priced catalogue, convert the accepted ones into invoices, and keep the receivables ledger straight.
Contract lifecycle
The works-contract generator, contract register, deadline calendar and document smart-read in one cockpit.
Spend analytics
Portfolio-level view of contract value, supplier concentration and renewal exposure across the indirect categories.
Documents
Merge, split, rotate, redact, OCR and sign PDFs without uploading a single page to a third-party converter.
Commodity risk
Quantitative options analytics for the copper exposure sitting inside cable and equipment contracts.
Included
New modules ship into the same subscription. There is no tiering, no seat-class pricing and no module that costs extra once you are on the plan.

Architecture
Every module runs entirely in the browser. Contract values, supplier terms and pricing never transit a Ribadeneyra server, because there is no Ribadeneyra server in the request path.
PDFs are parsed, OCR'd and signed in a web worker on the device. Nothing is posted to a conversion service.
Registers live in browser storage and export to a single signed backup bundle you can archive or move between machines.
The whole suite is static files. Host it on Vercel, Netlify, or inside your own network behind existing SSO.
Questions
In your browser's local storage, on the machine you are working on. The suite ships as static files with no backend, so there is no database on our side holding your contracts. Use the backup export to move a register between machines or to archive it.
Yes. Offers ERP, CLM Cockpit, Multiplant Contract Management, MoiPDF and Copper Hedging are in both plans, Individual and Enterprise, and modules added later join at no extra charge.
Yes. Because the build output is static HTML, CSS and JavaScript, it deploys to Vercel and Netlify out of the box and equally well to an internal web server behind your own authentication.
Nothing — they are on your device, not ours. Export a backup bundle before you clear the browser profile and the register opens again in any later installation.
Every module opens in English. Each carries a language switcher for German, Spanish, Catalan and French, and the choice is remembered per browser. Two deliberate exceptions: the Copper module's Method tab is reference documentation and stays in English, and the CLM Cockpit's generated contract documents stay in German, because they follow a German legal template — the interface around them still follows your language.
Card, SEPA Direct Debit or Klarna through Stripe — monthly, or twelve months at once with Klarna — or a PayPal subscription, all self-service from the account page. For a purchasing department, the Enterprise plan is usually simpler: an annual invoice paid by bank transfer or a SEPA mandate agreed directly with us. Write to sales@ribadeneyra.com and your offer arrives within 24 hours.
The modules stop opening. Nothing is deleted, because there is nothing of yours on our side to delete — every register is in your browser on your own machine. Export a backup from each module and it opens again in any later installation.
