How we work

• Remote, European hours. We work across Germany and Spain and are set up for it. Overlap matters more than a location.
• Small surface, deep ownership. Five modules, two founders. Whoever joins owns something end to end, including the parts that are not fun.
• Domain first. The hard part of this product is not the JavaScript — it is knowing what a notice period, a bonus agreement or a jump-diffusion calibration actually has to do. We would rather teach a procurement person to ship than teach an engineer the category.
• Written, not meeting-driven. Decisions get written down. It is how a two-person company across two countries stays coherent.

What we would read twice

You have run indirect procurement and can tell us, concretely, what the suite gets wrong. Or you are an engineer who has built something document-heavy — PDF, OCR, docx generation, e-signature — and has opinions about it. Or you are a quant who looks at the copper module's calibration and wants to argue with it.

A CV is fine. A page about a procurement problem you solved is better.
