Ask for a quoteCancelling stops the billing and closes the modules. It does not touch your data: every register lives in your browser on your own machine, not on a server of ours. Export a backup from inside each module before you cancel and it opens again in any later installation.
Write to info@ribadeneyra.com from the address on the subscription and we will sort it out. If you paid and the badge above still says no active subscription after a few minutes, tell us and we will check the payment against the account by hand.
